Join members of the West Hollywood City Council along with City staff for coffee and light refreshments in the public plaza at City Hall to kick off the City's 38th birthday celebration.  This event is free and open to the public.

Councilmember remarks begin at 8:30 and will be immediately followed by a group photograph.
