Description: Event co-sponsored by the City of West Hollywood and the City of West Hollywood’s Russian Advisory Board.

Participants from 6 to 18 years of age will display their works in the following techniques: painting, graphics, computer graphics, DPI (arts and crafts.) Finalists were announced on Tuesday, May 31 2022.
