JamRock Jamaican Jonkonnu Troupe makes its 2nd annual appearance on the streets of West Hollywood on October 29th during the Halloween weekend. Character crowd favorites ‘Pitchy Patchy,’  ‘Devil,’ ‘Queen,’  ‘Belly Woman’ and friends will parade between San Vicente and Robertson with special performances along the way.
