The New Arts Foundation is pleased to present “High as the Sky,” an art event and celebration to raise awareness for mental health. The free event takes place August 20th and 21st at Great Hall in Plummer Park, and will present 12 critically engaged artists all using their work as an energy that invites, provokes, and creates space for us to grow.
