Applicant is proposing to construct a five-story, 48-unit multi-family development with 100% affordable apartment units.  The proposed development is an approved use, zoned for residential multifamily medium density (R3C). The property was acquired by EAH Housing, a non-profit organization on April 29, 2021 with an acquisition loan provided by the City of West Hollywood.
