The City of West Hollywood and its Human Services Commission will host the 21st Annual Paul Andrew Starke Warrior Awards on World AIDS Day, December 1, at 6pm. The awards will be presented to staff and volunteers of local organizations who provide outstanding HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention and care services.
