The City of West Hollywood’s Youth Halloween Carnival welcomes you back to our ghoulish grounds to experience all of Halloween’s sights and sounds. The time has come to awaken the season’s spirits with music, games, treats, and more. Come dressed to impress and celebrate Halloween while looking your eerie best! 

Event highlights include games, a pumpkin patch, trackless train, costume showcases, raffles, and entertainment by community groups. Children are welcome to show off their Halloween costumes and participate in raffles.  For a fur-raising good time, pets are also invited to display their “Howl-O-Ween” best!

Please Note: Event is subject to change based on current health and safety protocols.  All activities will be outside and socially distanced; masks will be encouraged.
