Applicant is proposing the demolition of two (2) existing homes and the development of four (4) new, three-story single-family townhomes with garages, three-bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The property will have a private driveway court that leads to private garages and two trellised carports in the rear. All of the homes will have a home office space on the ground level and a front or rear private yard.
