Applicant is proposing the demolition of one (1) existing home and the development of five (5) new, 3-story townhomes with garages. The property will have private garages, which can be entered off of the alley on Spaulding Avenue. All of the townhomes will have a home office space on the ground level. Each has a private roof deck averaging approximately 350 square feet.
