Applicant is proposing a new 5-story multi-family rental apartment building with 17 residential co-living units (14 market-rate and 3 affordable), with 2 levels of subterranean parking. The building is designed with a partial 5th floor, with a south-facing commons room and terrace at that level, which makes for a 4-story façade on Fountain Avenue. The building will create 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom co-living units that provide a housing type not currently available in West Hollywood.
