IN AN EFFORT TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS), THIS PUBLIC MEETING IS HELD PURSUANT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20 ISSUED BY CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ON MARCH 17, 2020.  THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA HAS ORDERED ALL CALIFORNIANS TO STAY HOME AND AUTHORIZED PUBLIC MEETINGS TO TAKE PLACE VIA TELECONFERENCE.

The newly created Sunset Arts & Advertising Subcommittee of the Planning Commission has been authorized by the Planning Commission to be held on the second Thursday of January, February, March, April, May and June 2021 at 5:30 p.m. as needed.  There will be no Design Review Subcommittee regular meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the months of January, February, March, April, May and June 2021 that an official agenda is posted for the Sunset Arts & Advertising Subcommittee.

Projects discussed by the Sunset Arts & Advertising Subcommittee are focused primarily on billboard design only.
