The building will be built on a vacant lot of the prominent corner at Crescent Heights Blvd. and Fountain Avenue. The multi-family project will provide 37 new units of housing for the community including 1 BD, 2 BD units  along with 3 BD townhomes. There are two subterranean levels of parking, offering 86 parking spaces, 13 of those are additional spaces provided.

The scale and character of the building are reflective of the neighborhood context. The massing is broken up with a series of cuts through the building that reduce the scale and allow for natural light, airflow and circulation. The building is pushed back from the busy intersection of Crescent Heights and Fountain Ave. A landscaped corner feature is offered to the community and also softens the busy corner. A path cuts through the garden, seating is provided and an opportunity for art work and will satisfy the city's percent for art program.
