Summary

The City of West Hollywood is taking extensive and proactive steps to support our residents during this unprecedented time due to COVID-19.   

The City of West Hollywood City Council recently passed an extension to the Residential and Commercial Eviction Moratorium from July 31, 2020 to September 30, 2020. This updated moratorium prohibits evictions for nonpayment of rent resulting from a financial impact due to COVID-19 and includes updated language to address the current crisis. This 60-minute webinar focused towards tenants and landlords will provide information regarding the City's temporary moratorium as well as resources during this time.
