Request is to demolish an existing multi-family residential building, and construct a new, three-story, six-unit multi-family residential building with semi-subterranean parking.  A neighborhood meeting was held for this project in March 2019 for the proposed eight-unit project.  The project still remains similar to the eight-unit project with regard to design, the major change is the number of units from eight units to six units.
