The Rent Stabilization Commission is responsible for promulgating policies, rules, forms or regulations found necessary to effectuate, implement and enforce the provisions of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The Commission hears all appeals of decisions by a hearing examiner. You are strongly encouraged to Email jsherrard@weho.org in advance of the Commission meeting, to be added to the Public Speaker List for the meeting. Please include your name, the phone number from which you will be calling, and which item you would like to speak on.

The Commission will receive a presentation on the West Hollywood Eviction Moratorium. If you do not wish to speak during the item but have a question you would like answered you may send your question by email to Peter Noonan, Rent Stabilization and Housing Manager at pnoonan@weho.org before 5:00PM of the day of the meeting. Staff will attempt to answer questions received during the presentation. You may also email your question to rsh@weho.org or call (323) 848-6450 for immediate follow up from RSH staff.
