There's been a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to the CARES Act, not to mention questions without clear answers. On top of all this, the pandemic has forced us to shift around and tackle workplace culture with a new perspective. Employers aren't sure what options they have available to them, and want to know what their next steps should be.
