As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of ""Aging Gracefully."

Change is an inevitable part of our lives, looking at ourselves in the mirror and recognizing that our youth is shifting can be stressful. We can lose our mindset to enjoy our lives and feel depressed because we are aging. How do we accept this aging process gracefully and mindfully will be the focus of discussion.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3. To register click here.
