As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Self-Compassion."
Attending to our own emotional and physical needs are the foundation for self-compassion. Understanding how to heal ourselves, shifting our resentments into accepting ourselves will be our focus of our discussion. Practical tools that can be helpful to develop self-compassion will be discussed.
