This session of the Rent Stabilization and Housing Division’s Building Blocks series will provide tenants with an increased understanding of their basic rights and responsibilities under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). Topics will include unit re-registrations, limits on rent increases, security deposits, annual registration fee and pass through, minimum maintenance standards, temporary relocation, requirements for legal entry, and AirBnB and short-term rentals.
