As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Love is the Answer." In this class, the amazing power of love to heal and connect will be discussed. Learn how to harness this powerful emotion to create a better relationship with yourself and those around you – adding to the meaning and joy in your life.
