As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Drum & Dance."

Welcome the New Year by shaking away our attachments to the past. Let’s connect with the rhythm of the drum to release any negative feelings and to heal our wounds of the past to start our New Year joyfully and mindfully.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3. To register click here.
