beWellWeHo "Thanksgiving/Gratitude", The Mindfulness Series

As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Thanksgiving/Gratitude."  Thanksgiving is an old way of looking at as full rather than as empty. Learn how this simple tool can help you create a healthy, happy, harmonious, and hopeful life.  This class will offer you practical techniques to become aware of your ability to create a meaningful and joyful life.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3. To register click here.
