Human Rights Speakers Series: River of Gold

The City of West Hollywood’s HUMAN RIGHTS SPEAKERS SERIES, in conjunction with the Amazon Aid Foundation, present a screening and panel discussion:

River of Gold

Narrated by Academy Award winners Sissy Spacek and Herbie Hancock, this film chronicles the clandestine journey into Peru’s Amazon rainforest to uncover the savage unraveling of pristine jungle by illegal small scale gold mining.
