As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of "Power of Words." Every word, we use carries a lot of power – both to create and destroy. Participants will learn to be mindful of the messages they send throughout the day and will discover how to take full responsibility for what they create daily with words. Speaking mindfully can help make positive changes in our lives and the lives of others.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3. To register click here.
