DESCRIPTION:
Applicant is requesting: 1) Restoration and adaptive re-use of 13,456 square-feet designated cultural resource from church to creative office space that includes the addition of a 1,015 square-foot mezzanine on one parcel; and 2) Demolition of 2,068 square-foot single-family dwelling (church parsonage) and the new construction of a 21,711 square-foot, five-story and 51-ft. 9-in. tall, 25-unit apartment building (including 4 inclusionary units) with 28 parking spaces at ground and semi-subterranean levels on two adjacent parcels.
