DESCRIPTION:

Proposed expansion of Equinox Fitness Club to include expansion into adjacent tenant space, interior remodel, a new restaurant with the sales, service, and on-site consumption of alcohol as an accessory use, rooftop outdoor dining, and 1,132 square-foot addition on the rooftop for back-of-house operations to the restaurant. The new uses are proposed as amenities to Equinox members only and not open to the general public.
