DESCRIPTION:
Applicant is requesting to demolish an existing single-family residence and detached garage, and construct a a new four-story, 2,980 square-foot duplex.  The request also includes two variances: 1) a reduction to the front yard setback; and 2) allowed projection of a cantilevered roof overhang into the side yard setback.
