Neighborhood meeting for a proposed project comprised of multiple commercial uses including retail, restaurant, and design showroom space. The ground level is proposed to be used for retail tenants and a design showroom space. The third level is proposed as restaurant use with outdoor dining provided to the east along the north La Peer Drive frontage. The first of three basement levels proposes a mix of restaurant tenant space and additional design showroom space. The remaining lower basemen levels provide parking.
