As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of Power of Love. This month, we will discuss the power of love and we will use various techniques to experience it’s amazing healing power. We will look at how our words can help us to love ourselves and also others. The class will explore ways to heal our relationships and get that warm and fuzzy feeling of love inside and out.

Everyone over 18 is welcome.
