As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of Power of Trust. This month, we will discuss how trust is the key component to any relationship, which includes our relationship with ourselves. During this class, participants will learn how to begin building trust in themselves, leading to better relationships with others.

Everyone over 18 is welcome.
