As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of Power of Acceptance. We will discuss that acceptance is the key to moving forward and detaching from the past to eliminate suffering. During this class, participants will learn how to mindfully, and joyfully, accept themselves as they are, without giving their power away to others.

Everyone over 18 is welcome.
