As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of Overcoming Guilt & Shame. This month, we will discuss how to clear the path to emotional wellness, it is important to overcome shame and guilt. During this class, participants will hear about the differences between guilt and shame, and learn a variety of tools to support more mindfulness about our thoughts and feelings so we can more easily achieve emotional well-being.

Everyone over 18 is welcome.
