As part of our Mindfulness Series, we're offering two opportunities to join our #BeWellWeho classes where we'll be covering the topic of Power of Resolutions. This month our focus will be on ourselves and starting our new year on a great and happy note by looking at our expectations of ourselves and others. We will explore ways to set goals and objectives that are more realistic and that will help us to create a meaningful and joyful year.
