City Hall will be closed in observance of Cesar Chavez Day. However, as Cesar Chavez Day is not a federally recognized holiday, Parking Meters and associated time limits as well as Peak Hour Towing Restrictions will be enforced. In addition, street sweeping will continue as scheduled.
