This session of the Rent Stabilization and Housing Division’s Building Blocks series will provide residents with increased knowledge of their protections under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). Topics will include eviction procedures, tenant harassment and mediation services, social services for low-income seniors, reasonable accommodations under the Fair Housing Act, and information on pets, service dogs, and therapy animals.

There is no charge to attend. RSVP is not necessary.
