Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) occurs annually on November 20th, a day to memorialize those murdered as a result of transphobia and to bring attention to the continued violence endured by the transgender community. In November 2018, JQ will host its third annual Trans Equality Brunch with panel discussion for the entire community. JQ will assemble members of the transgender and genderqueer community to come together and speak about their experiences. Community members will hear the voices, stories, and experiences of diverse and accomplished transgender and genderqueer community members, with hopes of being better friends, family, allies, and supporter of full equality for the entire LGBTQ+ community.
