This workshop will focus on mindfully attending to our bodies to create physical health and, as a result, to benefit from a healthy mind. Participants will learn how to be present within their body, listening to the wisdom within to create a healthy body mindfully.

Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3.
