Development of a new mixed-use building with a hotel, market-rate and affordable residential units, an entertainment venue, and ground-floor retail and restaurants.

The project would include ground-floor restaurants and retail with outdoor frontages and an open space plaza on the Santa Monica and Olive frontages. The hotel units will front Santa Monica and Hacienda while the residential units will front Santa Monica and Olive.
