This workshop will explore the power of words and their amazing creative nature. Participants will learn to be mindful of how they talk to themselves – and how they design their internal and external world through that self-talk. They will also learn tools to change their self-talk to change their lives for the better. Everyone over 18 is welcome, and classes are just $3.
