The Russian Advisory Board provides information on issues relating to the planning, development and coordination of services to the Russian-speaking Community and makes recommendations to Council relative to the adoption of programs, policies or ordinances of benefit to the constituency. The City's Russian Advisory Board meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. This special meeting will be held at Fiesta Hall.
