Neighborhood meeting for a new mixed-use development including a hotel, market-rate and affordable residential units, an entertainment venue, and ground floor retail and restaurants.  The ground-floor restaurants and retail would include outdoor seating on Santa Monica Boulevard and Hacienda frontages, and an open space plaza on the Santa Monica Boulevard and Olive frontages.  The hotel units will front Santa Monica Boulevard and Hacienda while the residential units will front Santa Monica Boulevard and Olive Drive.
