Grind and overlay the existing asphalt depth of 2” at identified locations within the Alleys North of Santa Monica Blvd from Gardner to Genesee. All local business and home owners along Santa Monica Blvd or adjacent to the alleys will be accessible during repairs with the exception of the hours from approximately 10am to 2pm. Construction zones will be clearly marked. Temporary “No Parking” signs will be installed throughout the sections of alleys to mitigate the traffic flow.
