In "Rise and Fall of the Brown Buffalo," veteran producer Phillip Rodriguez profiles the extraordinary life of the Chicano Los Angeles writer, lawyer, activist, and counter-culture figure of the 1960s and 1970s, Oscar Zeta Acosta.
