Wednesday, April 27, 2011 is Denim Day, a campaign to raise awareness and educate the public about rape and sexual assault. This day we unite against the sexual assault of girls, women, boys and men. We stand in support of survivors and break the silence to end sexual violence. On Denim Day, wear your jeans as a visible sign of protest against the myths that still surround sexual assault! Joining us will be a speaker from Peace over Violence. For more information, please call 323/848-6371. TTY for the deaf and hard of hearing at 323/848-6496.
