This session of the Rent Stabilization and Housing Division’s Building Blocks series will provide landlords with increased knowledge of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), reasonable accommodations, and resources. Topics will include eviction procedures, prohibition against tenant harassment and available mediation services, social services for low-income seniors, reasonable accommodations under the Fair Housing Act, and information on pets, service dogs, and therapy animals.

No charge to attend. RSVP is not necessary.
