Architect Tom Wiscombe, with Orange Barrel Media and MOCA, will present the Concept Design for the Sunset Spectacular Pilot Sign, a joint project between the City and the winning team of the City’s design competition for a pilot digital billboard on Sunset Boulevard.  After the presentation, participants from the community are invited to meet with the project team, ask questions, discuss details and provide comments on the project.
