The City of West Hollywood will host the WeHo Smart City Fest on November 9, 2017 from 6:00-8:30pm at the West Hollywood Library Community Meeting Room to introduce the community to the West Hollywood Smart City Strategic Plan. The City is embarking on the development of this ambitious initiative to holistically weave cutting-edge technology into the fabric of the city to help address some of our more pressing urban challenges. Staff members from the City’s Innovation Division and CityFi team will be in attendance.
The WeHo Smart City Fest will feature interactive programming that will showcase ideas for pilot projects across the City as well as lessons learned from smart cities around the globe.
The event is open to the public and will be featured as part of InnovateLA 2017, a countywide celebration of regional innovation that consists of events, lectures, and talks throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. Refreshments, food and music provided! Details will follow as information becomes available at www.weho.org/smartcity.
