The following transactions are available at the first-floor Permit Parking and Cashier Counters: purchase residential and commercial parking permits and obtain free, temporary visitor parking permits; pay parking citations; pay fines for vehicles which have been impounded; make payments such as Business License Taxes and other fees; and obtain information and referrals regarding City services.
