This session of the Rent Stabilization and Housing Division’s Building Blocks series will provide residents an increased understanding of their basic rights and responsibilities under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). Topics will include unit re-registrations, limits on rent increases, security deposits, minimum maintenance standards, and how to address rent overcharges.
