Mediation and Condominium Homeowner Associations

Geared toward condominium homeowner association board members and management companies but all are welcome. Facilitated by City of West Hollywood Mediator, Joel Hecht; we will discuss mediation and how it can be an important tool to resolve conflicts that arise out of violations of governing documents, Davis- Stirling Act requirements,  board member disputes and disputes among neighbors.
